deliver a more personal training experience
Thinking of doing a classroom training? Great! But it can be challenging to keep everyone’s attention span at bay. This is true especially when your company is trying to maximize the training period to train as many employees as possible in one go. This tends to feel just like a big conference or summit where the speakers won’t remember everyone in the hall.
With training videos, you provide your employees with a more personal and relatable experience. They’re able to take the training on their own, as if they are just listening to a friend. It’s like a special one-on-one conversation. This way, you also empower your employees to learn at their own pace and control the time they need to digest the lessons.
help employees retain information better
I’ve handled hundreds of classroom training for so many years so I completely understand how it feels when employees begin to have the look of boredom and uneasiness on their faces.
A more personal training experience will help your employees retain the information longer and better. Training videos are more engaging and visual, especially with a presenter that can make the training more human, rather than business-like. The training won’t feel like your employees are just reading a dry corporate or business instruction manual.
SAVE TIME, MONEY, AND EFFORT
Trust me when I say, a lot of your employees won’t actually remember most of the entire discussion during the training. In turn, the trainer will have to repeat the key information to help them retain it. This adds to the time allotted for your actual training agenda. This means either you extend the training or you stay within schedule but sacrifice your training quality.
With training videos, your employees can easily take the training again at their own pace and go back to the sections that they don’t understand yet. This saves you the time spent on running another classroom training again.
Another important thing to note – since you already have the training videos, you can easily automate and scale your training processes. You no longer need to run a new classroom training every single time there is a new batch of new hires or when you need to run an update training to your tenured employees.
You can use the videos for as long as they are relevant.
ADVANTAGE OF HAVING A REAL TRAINER
Nope, your video presenter is not an actor or actress who will run the video training. Having worked as a BPO trainer for many years, I have solid experience and skills in facilitating employee training.
I’ve handled a variety of programs and courses in customer service, English communication, soft skills, retail and online banking, and a lot more. My classroom experiences range from Foundation Training to Product and Process Training, even up to Nesting and update training.
With this, your training videos will be more natural and personal, not acted out. It will also be easier for you to communicate your message through me because I already understand your ultimate goal.

HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: FREE DISCOVERY CALL
First, let’s get to know each other. This is a free 30-minute discovery call wherein we will establish our working partnership and see if it’s worth taking a step further.
STEP 2: ONE-HOUR CONSULTATION
Now that we’ve identified that we can work together (yay!), let’s plan your project in detail. We can discuss the content, timeline, and other important things. This phase is super important because it helps us avoid unnecessary issues when we’re already starting production.
STEP 3: PRE-PRODUCTION
This phase includes script-writing, outlining of talking points, research, and all the necessary preparations to start filming or production.
STEP 4: PRODUCTION
Production includes filming all the video content needed for the project. In this stage, we still continue to communicate with each other to ensure that we achieve your desired output.
STEP 5: POST-PRODUCTION
Post-production is where editing and revisions happen to meet and exceed your expectations, and of course, come up with training videos that will help set you up for success!
I don’t want to take your money if this isn’t what you truly need. I want to help you achieve success and free up a big chunk of your time for training without sacrificing training quality.
This service is best for you if:
🗸 You want a simple, cost-effective yet still professional way to deliver your training classes.
🗸 You know that you can reuse the training videos for many months or years to come because they’re relevant and evergreen. In short, you want to save money down the line.
🗸 You don’t want to keep running classroom training every time there’s a new hire or a new batch of employees when you’re just going to discuss the same things anyway.
🗸 You are single-handedly running your training classes and it’s taking up a big chunk of your precious time that you can use for other important things.
🗸 You don’t have a dedicated trainer and your manager or supervisor is handling the entire training when they should be focusing on your employees’ performance.
🗸 You already know the topics to be discussed in the training videos, or at least have an idea. If you don’t yet, you might need to book a longer consultation schedule. Check out my consulting page.
This service is not for you if:
🗸 You want me to produce a TV or movie broadcast level of production with multiple fancy cameras and complicated angles. If you do prefer that, let’s do it! But that also comes with a higher cost.
🗸 You’re looking for a native American speaker or any particular speaker. If you’ve seen my YouTube videos, yup I’m Filipino and that’s the way I speak. 🙂
🗸 You want me to create an animated video to show a complicated process. Nope, I don’t do animated videos.
🗸 The training video will only be used ONCE because its content or topic changes very frequently.
🗸 You’d rather spend time training your employees on your own again and again.
WHAT KIND OF TRAINING VIDEOS DO YOU MAKE?
I mainly create sit-down videos with the aim of explaining valuable information and lessons to my audience. I also incorporate storytelling, visuals, and graphics to make it more memorable and engaging. I make it a point that my videos don’t look like a commercial or a dry corporate training manual. I want to connect with my viewers (and trainees) in a more personal level.
WHAT EQUIPMENT ARE YOU USING TO FILM YOUR VIDEOS?
I use a Canon M50 camera. If you have a preference or you want a specific camera, we can always discuss it.
WHERE DO YOU SHOOT YOUR VIDEOS?
I shoot most of my videos in my home studio/office. Again, if you prefer a different environment, we can always discuss it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FINISH A VIDEO PROJECT?
There is no concrete answer. It all depends on the needs of the project. If the specifics are laid out, I can come up with a timeline.
ARE YOU GOING TO WRITE THE VIDEO SCRIPT?
If needed, yes.
CAN I HIRE A DIFFERENT PRODUCTION COMPANY FOR SHOOTING AND EDITING?
Yes you may.
Focus on other important aspects of your business. Let me handle your training.
